  • Do not use the site to send spam or violate any applicable law.

All content on this website — text, graphics, logos, and code — is owned by MarqVue or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute it without written permission. Client deliverables are governed by the applicable engagement agreement.

5. Third-party services

The site may link to or integrate third-party services (e.g. Google, Meta, WhatsApp, Supabase, Vercel). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

6. Payments

Fees, invoicing, and refund terms for paid engagements are defined in the relevant proposal or SOW. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

The site and services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MarqVue is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the site or services.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
